Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 20 working days.

*Please allow 7-10 working days for plain items

Please allow up to 20 working days for gem set items

All Bespoke orders will have a time frame confirmed with you before your order is processed

 

Saturday delivery’s will be available if the order doesn’t run over the cut off time of 3pm Friday. If we are experiencing a high order volume and have any delays you will be contacted in due course and well will update you with any further information.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipment method - Royal Mail Special Delivery  

 

Estimated delivery time - Royal Mail Special Delivery Next day (if ordered before 3pm)

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number when your item has been shipped.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

TFP Jewellery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

TFP Jewellery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our us directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
