Bespoke design and manufacture
It all starts with an idea and we are here to help you. Our team will work with you using CAD to bring your dream to life. Whether this starts right at the beginning with a simple idea, or you can send us your drawings, pictures, specifications and diameter so we can gauge the size of what you are looking for and we will get back to you with a free quote.
What is CAD?
CAD is Computer Aided Design. It allows us to work to the highest quality. We are able to design around stone, or any other item you may need.
Step 1
Firstly, send us your ideas, pictures, drawings and specifications. From here our team will work alongside you to achieve the design you desire. Once we have achieved this, we will go on to create a 3D model, which you will be able to view, and approve of the final renderings, from here we will develop a 3D printable file. Then your item will be ready for lost wax casting.
Our design stages
Step 2
Next is our consultancy stage, here we will be confirming your budget, what types of metals you'd prefer, you can also pick out the colour, clarity and what type of stones you'd like. We will also make sure we have all the information we need, along with ring sizes if need be. We will confirm a time frame with you as well.
Step 3
Lastly we will get to the design a stage. From here we will finalise the design with the materials and stones you have chosen in the previous stage, we will then go on to create a 3D render which you will be able to view as well as a 3D model and once you are happy we will ask for payment for your piece. Then we will go ahead and start manufacturing your item.
Don't worry, our team will provide you with a preview of your model before casting, you can view these on a mobile device or printouts can be sent. This will easily allow us to tweak it to your desire and update any issues you may have with it.
